Our Pastor, Reverend Adrian G. Abrams was sent to Shiloh in July of 2025. He a native of Athens, Texas and has faithfully served in the preaching pastoral ministry for 10 years serving under the leadership of Pastor Richard E. Carter. Pastor Abrams has led multiple ministries with passion and purpose to include Men’s Ministry cultivating spiritually grounded, Christ-centered men who make a lasting impact in their families, churches and communities. He chaired the New Members Commitment Ministry and Pastoral Care ensuring compassionate care across the congregation.

Pastor Abrams is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, minister, and servant-leader whose life is anchored in faith, family, and purpose. He is joyfully married to the love of his life, Shawana, and together they are blessed with four children—Damion, Ashley, Adrian II (“A.J.”), and Tailor—and four cherished grandchildren: Mariah, Kingston, Aidan, and Karter.

Outside the pulpit, Pastor Abrams brings the same heart for service to his professional role as a Director at the Office of Inspector General for Health and Human Services. With over 21 years on the Executive Leadership Team, he has dedicated his career to developing leaders and fostering excellence in public service. Pastor Abrams is a graduate of the Health and Human Services Executive Leadership Academy; the Governor’s Executive Development Program at Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs and he is a Certified Inspector General through the National Association of Inspectors General. Pastor Abrams serves at the Bible Expositor for the Providence Primitive Baptist District Association.

Reverend Abrams has earned a Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary, deepening his theological foundation and sharpening his ministry vision.

Pastor Abrams is deeply devoted to his pastoral calling, faithfully trusting God as he shepherds His people. With a heart that labors in love, he leads others into deeper knowledge of, love for, and relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.
